On-line technical support for equipment installation

We are happy to see our customer, Mr Lim from Aklan, the Philippines has completed the installation of the slatted-floor type broiler equipment. This is the 3rd broiler house Mr Lim has established in Aklan.

As his poultry equipment supplier, we have provided online technical support during the installation of the 3rd house. Especially the electrical systems and smart controller, Mr Lim's team has executed the work excellently. Now the blowers, feeding lines, cooling pads, heaters, and air inlets are working properly under automatic control.

This is the first time Hemei team has provided online technical support instead of on-site supervision for equipment installation. Compared with on-site support, online support is more cost-effective when customers already have basic familiarity of our equipment.

We are trying to provide an economical and practical solution for equipment installation.
