100K-Bird Multi-Tier Broiler Project Completed in the Philippines

We are pleased to announce that our Multi-Tier Automated Broiler Cage Project in the Philippines has successfully completed full-scale installation. Currently, our on-site engineers are conducting the final Equipment Commissioning to ensure the entire system is delivered to our client in peak operating condition.
The project features a single-house design measuring 110m × 18m × 4.5m, with a massive capacity of 100,000 birds. In this typical High-density Broiler Raising environment, we have focused on the following high-performance installation details and technical configurations:
• Synchronized AC/EC Fans: Specially designed for the local tropical climate, this combination of low-energy, high-performance fans optimizes Tunnel Ventilation efficiency.
• Auto-Harvesting System: As a core automation feature, this system is designed to tackle rising labor costs and reduce bird stress/loss caused by manual catching, enabling highly efficient depletion.
• Integrated Air Inlets: Even in high-density multi-tier setups, these inlets ensure uniform airflow across every tier and corner, making temperature control effortless.
• Stainless Steel Scrapers: We selected high-grade stainless steel for our manure removal system to solve corrosion challenges, ensuring the equipment remains Corrosion-free and built to last.
