How to use and precautions for automatic broiler harvesting cage equipment

Before using the equipment each time, please check that all components can operate normally. Please mainly check the following aspects:

1. Feeding system

For the main feeding line and pan feeding line

①Check whether there are objects in the main feeding hopper and auxiliary feeding hopper.

② Check whether the U-shaped fixing bolts of the rear auger and the top bolts of the front auger are tight.

③ Check whether feed pans are detached from the discharge port of the feed pipes.

④ Check whether the feed sensor and top cover switch are normal.

2.Drinking system

① Flush the drinking water pipeline and filter element.

② After flushing the pipeline, check the water pipe joints and nipples to see if there is any leakage or water shortage.

③ Check whether the water level of the front and rear water pipes is normal and clean the dosing device.

3.Manure cleaning system

①  Manure cleaning machine, check all running gears and sprockets, and add lubricating grease.

② Check the tightness of the manure belt, and check whether there are objects in all manure belts and rollers.

③  Pay special attention to whether there are any open welds at the interfaces.

4.Environmental control system

Cooling pad:

① Clean the water storage pool.

② Check the blades of the submersible pump to see if there is any jamming and whether it can operate normally.

③ Check the water inlet and return pipes.

Deflector, air inlet:

① Check whether the wire rope clips are loose.

② Check whether the wire rope is in the running rope wheel groove, whether the auxiliary rope is worn or abnormal.

③ Check whether the deflector and air inlet can be opened and closed freely.

Environment controller:

① Set the environment controller age in days and the required temperature requirement.

②Check whether the operating data are correct, such as heating temperature, stop temperature, temperature difference between two levels, opening data of deflector and air inlet, and operating data of submersible pump.

Distribution box:

① Check whether the voltage of all control distribution boxes is normal.

② Check whether the wire terminals are loose. 

5. Check the bolts, nuts and adjustment points of all operating parts to see if the bolts are loose or falling off.
