Our feed distributor discharges feed inside of the trough. When the feeding machine is running, the feed will be evenly pushed to the inside of the trough by the feed distributor. This makes it easier for chicks to eat. And there is a baffle at the front and rear end of the feed trough to prevent the feed dropping. There won't be any accumulation of feed in places where there are no chickens. So there is no need to manually clean the feed on the front and rear racks, which

Chicken manure often contains acidic substances, which can corrode the manure removal equipment at the rear. The high moisture content of chicken manure also accelerates rusting of the equipment. Therefore, we use stainless steel with better rust resistance and wrap it with a rubber layer to prevent rusting and extend the service life of the manure removal equipment. Our water line system is fully equipped. At the front end of the water line, there are two water paths: one for filtration and medication dosing, and the other for backflushing. Inside the chicken house, the water pressure differs between the backflushing area and the chicks' normal drinking water; this can be adjusted using a pressure regulator.
